Terms of Service

Effective date
Last updated

These terms set out the conditions for using devs7udio (the "Service") and the rights and responsibilities of users and the operator. By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

The Service provides the following free of charge:

  • A design-system item library: themes, components, motion, shaders and blocks, with descriptions, source code and controllable live demos
  • Blog: the operator's posts
  • Studio information and inquiries: an introduction to the development services and a quote inquiry form. Inquiries can be sent without signing in; replying to one is a consultation, not a contract. Development work is agreed separately through a quote and a contract.
  • Access for AI tools: Markdown versions, llms.txt, and an MCP endpoint used with an API key issued by the operator
  • Comments and reactions (like/dislike) for signed-in users

2. Accounts and sign-in

  • You can sign in only with a GitHub or Google account (OAuth). By signing in you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
  • You must be at least 14 years old to sign in (create an account).
  • You are responsible for keeping your sign-in provider account secure and for activity under your account. Tell the operator promptly if you learn that your account has been misused.
  • You can delete your account yourself on the account page (administrator accounts: through the contact below), and make other account requests through the contact below. The operator may restrict or delete accounts that seriously breach these terms.

3. User content

  • You keep the rights to the comments you write. You grant the operator a free, non-exclusive permission to display them in the Service and to store, copy and transmit them as needed to run the Service. This permission ends when the comment is deleted.
  • Comments are public, shown with your display name and profile image. Do not put personal or confidential information in comments.
  • You can delete your comments and remove your reactions at any time.
  • Anyone signed in can report an inappropriate comment with the report button. The operator may hide or delete, without prior notice, comments that break the law or these terms or infringe others' rights.

4. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

  • Circumvent the Service's rate limits or access restrictions, or place excessive load on the Service by automated means (ordinary search crawling that follows robots.txt is allowed)
  • Share or publish an MCP API key issued to you, or use someone else's key
  • Attack vulnerabilities, attempt unauthorised access, send malicious code or otherwise harm the security of the Service or its users
  • Post unlawful content, content that infringes others' rights such as copyright, trademarks or privacy, spam or advertising
  • Impersonate others or use someone else's account without permission

If prohibited conduct is found, the operator may take necessary measures such as removing the content or restricting or revoking the account or API key.

5. Using library items and demos

  • The code, demos and theme tokens on item pages are published for reference, learning and use in your own projects. Where an item states its own licence or terms, that statement takes precedence over these terms.
  • Items without such a statement are provided under these terms, unless otherwise stated on the item; the operator does not grant any particular open-source licence by default.
  • Items are provided "as is". Before using them in your own projects, check their quality, accessibility, security, browser compatibility and any third-party rights yourself.
  • External resources referenced as similar external components or use cases belong to, and are licensed by, their respective owners.
  • External sites are not controlled by the operator; their own terms and policies govern their content and data handling.
  • If a rights holder wants a link removed, please tell us through the contact below and we will act promptly after checking.

7. Use of AI tools

  • AI prompts on item pages and MCP access are provided for use in your own AI tools; you are responsible for checking and using the results those tools produce.

8. Changes to and suspension of the Service

The operator may change or discontinue all or part of the Service. The Service may be interrupted temporarily for maintenance, outages or problems with external services. Where a change or shutdown significantly affects users, we will announce it in the Service in advance where possible. The Service is free, and the operator does not guarantee that it will continue to be provided.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

  • To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service and its content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or of item code. This does not apply to damage caused by the operator's intent or gross negligence, or where the law does not allow liability to be limited.
  • Unless the operator is at fault, the operator is not responsible for comments posted by users, disputes between users or the content of external sites.

10. Privacy

The operator processes your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Read the Privacy Policy

11. Changes to these terms

The operator may change these terms within the limits of applicable law. Changes are announced on this page with their effective date at least 7 days in advance, or at least 30 days in advance for changes unfavourable to users. If you do not agree to the changed terms, you may stop using the Service and ask for your account to be deleted.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and the use of the Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any lawsuit arising from the use of the Service will be brought before the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.

13. Contact

Questions about these terms, accounts and removal requests are handled by the operator of the Service.
